It's nice that we have CG class this semester...I'm getting more time to do stuff and pass it off as work XD

people keep asking how long I spend on an artwork. Short answer is that I take as much time as I need, which can range from 1 to 10+ hours. I think it's fine to take the time and experiment, try new things...until you get a job T.T
I'd write the long answer but kinda disoriented XD maybe later.

NOTE: regarding my 'official' website, it's badly in need of update and I have no time to touch it right now  ^^; My web email is backed up pretty bad too. If anyone wanted to contact me just leave me a note through DA please


05/14/06--13:17: ANIME NORTH 2006!!! (chan 2066099)




Soooooooo a lot has happend in the past few weeks, finishing up school, moving into a new place to stay for next year, and just general social gathering, etc etc...

Now I'm trying to focus on Anime North which is only couple of weeks away. Unfortunately I still haven't got a table yet T.T Regardless I'm staying optimistic and doing some fanarts just incase something turns up. If anyone pity me enough to share their table though, I'm sure we can work out a deal of some sort ;) ;) ;)

After Anime North I'll be flying back to Calgary for the remainder of the summer, at which point I'll try to do some commission works since I'm a hobo and n

ALRIGHT! Got a confirmation today for a table space at AN ^_^ So you'll see me at the artist alley for sure, sitting with the TAAU art group guys. Still haven't figured out the pricing yet but all I can say is it'll be reasonable XD just come in early since I didnt' print out too many of them (around 20 each) ^^

I will also try to do commissions on spot as long as it's a character that I know pretty well ^^; just nothing perverted though >.>

Anyways I look forward to seeing everyone at AN~


06/03/06--00:12: Summer begins (chan 2066099)




Soooo AN has been over and done with for a while now ^^ thanks for all who came. It was definitely a good experience and I hope to return next year if situation allows me to >< but I'll be going to CN anime in September for sure. Hopefully I'll have better stuff by then XD

Anyways now that I'm back in Calgary the summer has now officially started for me, meaning it's time to get to work for real D:

more on that later but right now I'm just gonna chill ~

Argh, been working too much. Wish I had more time to CG, slack off, etc etc...

one thing that's over and done with is my driving lesson. I'm happy to announce that I am now fully licenced to bring forth terror onto the road...as soon as I get my insurance. The road test was a breeze, no hitting babies on the street accidently or any other mishaps ^^;

I guess its about time I make an update here. Not much going on lately, just more work and more slacking off ^^; Being at home just naturally makes me lazy because I dont have to cook or do the laundry, nor do I have to take out the garbage. Anyways its always nice and cool weather here in Calgary, so my sympathy goes out to all those suffering from the summer heat XD

My driver's licence arrived some time ago and like always they find a way to mess up the photo T.T they need to get these people some photoshop training. Still I'm gonna post it so those who dont know me can finally see what I look like. Check it out here : http://img310.imag

Wooooo~ Apologize for the lack of update in the recent months o_O It's not even that I have a good excuse for it I'm just a slacker what can I say.

So a bunch of us from school finished off CN convention last weekend (or Cananime Expo or whatever its called) It was definitely alot crazier than Anime North just few months back, with more things to see and more things to buy. Sales-wise I think it was much tougher than AN, probably for the same reason mentioned above. All in all though it was a fun experience and thanks for those who came to our table :P

Soooo school is starting up again soon and I have a feeling its going to be another

Been busy doing commission works and playing Demon's Soul on PS3. Sadly it means lack of updates ): I will be squeezing in more personal project stuff in the coming months. Now back to getting killed in Demon's Soul

Because I like all things robot, and Megaman is technically a robot, (not a man)  I had to do something for the fanart contest.  It might be too out there for the book but that's ok, I'd rather try something different than the usual anime-ish look. I was suppose to keep it under wrap til the book comes out in June but seems like everyone is posting theirs up so WHATEVER MAN



Oh and ImagineFX did send me a copy of the issue with my workshop on it.  Thanks for all the nice comments

Regarding Portal 2


- Beat Portal 2 in one afternoon. Not to say it wasn't a short game but it's also very very hard to put down once you get into the flow of things.


Regarding Mortal Kombat:

- I think all fighters should follow the story mode structure of Mortal Kombat
- I wish the Asian characters were less......Asiany looking
- boobies
- I really like the character concept illustrations/renders you can unlock in the Krypt.  If anyone knows the name of artist drop me a Komment


Regarding A Game of Thrones:

- So I got tired of waiting for new episodes every week and started reading the book; That is to say, I'

Witcher 2 is looking pretty good....




Deadliest Catch is the greatest show on TV - Or at least it used to be - I don't care for all the drama and bickering among the fishermen, which is nothing new, but it seems lately they're putting more focus on that instead of actual fishing. I just want to see them catching crabs- I can watch them pulling up the gear full of crabs and sorting them into the tank all day. It's kinda weird actually.....maybe I have a crab fetish? O_O

Thanks for all you've given. My 4th gen ipod nano that saw me through thick and thin, my sister's macbook that constantly breaks down, the new iphone 4S which I'll be getting soon, and let's not forget Pixar, which changed animation forever.
